Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment time to someone else who needs it. Credit Card on File When booking an appointment, we'll ask for a credit card to hold your time. Your card is only charged if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 12 hours' notice — in those cases, a 50% service fee applies. Cancel with 12+ hours' notice, and your card is never touched. Late Arrivals We have a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your start time, we'll do our best to give you your full service. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or canceled to protect the next client's time. Either way, full payment is required. Emergencies Happen If you have a genuine emergency or sudden illness, call us at (901) 276-9423. We're reasonable people and we'll work with you. New Clients Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your intake form (unless you've already filled it out online). |
